Awesome property and location!!! Just 1 block from Canal street! So you get the peace & quiet, but just short walk away from Bourbon St! Streetcar also stops right by the resort! The staff was AWESOME! Especially the greeters at the front door, never felt so welcomed to a hotel/resort!! Rooms were super spacious! I got a 1 bedroom which was huge! There was a rooftop heated pool as well as gym! Would definitely stay again!

All the people employed here are amazing! They went the extra mile. Bartender was top notch. Ricky is amazing and as reason to make sure we stay at the location. The initial check in person I apologize but his name started with a “p” and we bonded over wisconsin dells .. was impressive and super helpful. Clean and spacious and great location to catch the trolleys . Kind of nice not to stay in the heart of French quarter for noise. Quiet! Olive down the street from them a nice little stop !

I’m still not sure why this place is called a “resort.” Nevertheless, the rooms are nice and spacious. The pool is really small, I wish there was a hot tub in addition to the tiny pool. The fitness center was pretty basic. The location was the best given that you’re walking distance to the French quarter and the Magazine area. I’d definitely stay again. The staff was very friendly, but it’s Ms. Sue that is the biggest asset to this location. She is a ball of joy with an infectious smile that emits beautiful, radiant energy.

We had the absolute best time in Nola staying at this resort with our 2 toddlers for a girls trip! Bre was able to secure our rooms for us the day before check in, Tony was wonderful with helping us get our items up to our room (we had a lot!), sue always had a warm smile on her face, & soo thankful for Jessica at the front desk for making accommodations for us to ensure we had the best stay! She was continually checking on us throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. The staff here is top notch and by far the best of any holiday inn resort we’ve stayed at. We ended up staying in the 2 bedroom villa which was huge and perfect for the kids to run around in! The location was perfect and walking distance to everything. Definitely will stay here again!

most of the staff is friendly and helpful with directions. this hotel is conveniently located to many attractions within walking distance. we did not receive our welcome package. most of the resorts have daily activities which would be in the packet. so im not sure if this location offers this amenity. each resort usually has several pools or one large pool. this location's pool is very small, not kid friendly. no free parking. no balconies for the rooms. we have stayed in several one bedroom resorts that have at least a queen size bed. our room has a small standard bed. other resorts have conveniently located washer and dryers, this location only offers 2, and they are on the 11th floor.

We stayed in a signature suite. Very nice. King beds in both rooms. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They treat you like family. Southern hospitality at its best! It's location couldn't be more perfect! Everything is in walking distance. Get you a 24 hour jazzy pass for 3 bucks. You can ride the streetcars to the French market. Best way to et around the city. The best part of the hotel location is that there's a domino's pizza within stumbling distance of the hotel. Last 2 nights on our drunk walk back we stopped at domino's for a fresh pizza. Best pizza ever!

the hotel is close to everything so you are able to walk to most places and uber rides are pretty short. however the hotel only cleans your room if your stay is longer than 7 days or upon check-out which was not disclosed until we arrived. …

Great staff. Great location. Excellent rooms. Front desk staff needs to be better trained to handle booking issues. Nice bar area. Extremely great door staff & valet. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were outstanding in giving suggestions on what to do & where to eat. Derik & Sue go way beyond.
